At City Junk & Gardening, we charge by the total amount of waste we remove. All of our rates include loading, cleaning up, and disposal of rubbish as standard, and we can cover anywhere in the great city of London. There is simply no job too big, too small or too far, when you are dealing with us.

*The £35 and £40 price bands, are unfortunately not available to customers within the congestion zone.
**Clean soil, hardcore or rubble is charged at £110 (+VAT) per tonne (min. charge ½ tonne).  As a working guide: rubble, soil and concrete weigh approximately 250kg -500kg per cubic yard. A heavy duty bag of rubble weighs 30kg – 45kg, so 30-35 bags of rubble weigh approximately 1 tonne.
**Green waste is charged at £200 (+VAT) per load, with a minimum charge of half a load.

**Whilst we do accept cash payments, bank transfers are preferable.
**Our teams will always provide an exact quote before starting your job. If you choose not to go ahead, just say thanks, but no thanks!
**Please note that our standard labour allowance is for two men.
**Exact time slots are not available due to heavy traffic flows.

In order to dispose of certain hazardous materials and items in the correct manner, we have to charge for them separately. This covers all additional regulations associated with the proper safe disposal and or recycling. As such, these items are not included in the above prices, and will be charged as follows:

How do we provide the best customer service in London?

We charge by the amount of waste removed, instead of purely how long it takes us, so it’s always in our best interests to work efficiently but without compromising on the quality of our service. We aim to provide a simple to understand quotation system, so we measure your waste in cubic yards, and charge per cubic yard. As a working guide, 1 cubic yard is approximately the same size as a domestic fridge freezer or two household wheelie bins. Unlike expensive and inflexible skip hire, we only charge for the rubbish that we actually takeaway with us, and our charges are some of the lowest and most competitive in London. All prices include labour, transport and disposal charges, ensuring that there are no hidden costs whatsoever when you deal with us. Being transparent about what we charge for is important to us, so we do not charge you for parking fees, parking fines or congestion charges. Our aim is to always leave you feeling happy that you have bought exactly what you need.

For certain dense building waste or construction materials: rubble, timber, wood, and soil, you may be charged by weight rather than volume.
